Tell me about boogogo stickers ?

Our stickers are made from high quality vinyl and have a minimum outdoor life expectancy of 5 years in most environments, if you look after them. Vinyl will stick to any smooth, clean surface including metal, glass, plastic and metal. So you can also use our stickers on cars, caravans, boats, skateboards and surfboards.

Are they easy to fit?

If you follow our instructions, our stickers are EASY TO FIT (see HOW TO APPLY), and depending on how detailed the design, you will very quickly achieve a professional result.However, if you don't feel confident enough to fit our stickers we suggest you go to one of our approved fitting centres.

Can the stickers be removed?

Your stickers can be removed at a later date if you want to change the design or if you are putting your car back to standard to sell it. You simple need to warm the surface with a hair dryer and the stickers will peel off. If glue is left on the bodywork you can loosen it with baby oil.

Does it matter what temperature it is when I apply my stickers?

Vinyl is easiest to work with when the temperature is between 10 and 15 degrees centigrade.  It is best to avoid direct sunlight when applying vinyl as this tends to make it stretch and the adhesive is more active so it will stick very firmly which reduces your ability to correct any errors in placing the vinyl.

If there are a few bubbles under my stickers after I applied them, can I do to remove them?

Using a squeegee try to gently move the bubble towards the outside edge of the stickers.  If it refuses to move, use a sharp needle or pin to gently pierce it and press the air or liquid out. The hole will not be visible once you press the vinyl back down.

I just had my car/bike re-sprayed. Can I apply stickers straight on?

You could, but we would recommend you hold back for two weeks until the paint has had time to cure properly.  To be sure we suggest you consult your bodyshop for more information.

Sizing and Colours

I’m not sure what colour would be best for my car/bike.  Can you supply sample swatches for me to try?

Yes. Small samples are available for £1.00.  This will be refunded if you order any kind of stickers later.  You can order colour samples online on this page COLOUR SAMPLES

How do I decide what size sticker to buy?

Decide on the position of your sticker. The sticker can be applied over car body creases but it is easier to apply to the flat parts of the car body. Measure the area in centimeters and choose the sticker smaller than those dimensions, with the exception of stripes, which should be ordered longer than you need and trimmed to fit.

All sizes listed are for the longest dimension e.g. a 20cm sticker could be 20cm high x 10cm wide or 20cm wide x 10cm high.

I notice if I have stickers made to fit my car they come in SMALL, MEDIUM & LARGE. What types of cars fit these sizes?

SMALL caters for small cars similar in size to a Smart Car, Mini,Fiesta,Ka,Micra,Polo,etc. MEDIUM caters for saloon and estate cars similar in size to beetles,golfs up to volvo estates etc. LARGE caters for people carriers, landrovers, vans and campervans.

I have my own designs.  Can you supply them in vinyl for me?

Yes , subject to suitability. We accept scanned drawings and computer generated images ideally supplied as a vector graphic image.  You can email them to info@boogogo.co.uk .If we need to redraw your artwork so that it is in vector format there will be a charge.  Quotes can be provided once you send us your artwork.

How soon can I wash my car after application?

We recommend you wait at least 48 hours to let the adhesive take hold and longer if the outside temperature is low before washing your car.
Be gentle with your stickers and clean and dry your car/bike by hand to ensure they are not damaged unnecessarily. Care should be taken to avoid scratching or lifting the edges when you wash your vehicle and we do not recommend using a car wash or pressure washer once your stickers have been applied as this can reduce the lifespan of the product.
You can wax over your vinyl stickers by hand gently.  However you must be very careful not to push the wax under the stickers as this will cause them to lift. Use of an electric buffer is not recommended and is likely to damage your stickers.

Can I reuse my stickers after they have been applied?

No. If you try to remove your stickers the vinyl will stretch and tear.

If I need to remove a stickers, will it damage my paint/glass?

No. As long as you take care when removing the stickers and don’t get over keen with any tools you are using to help your stickers can be removed safely.

A delivery charge of £4.95 is added to all mainland UK orders below £100 in value. Orders above £100 are delivered free of charge.

Can I return a sticker I purchased from you and no longer want?

Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise in its original condition in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange - whichever you prefer. 
Please note that we will refund the shipping cost only in cases where you have to return an item as a result of a mistake on our part. In cases where we have supplied stickers specifically customised to your specification no refund will be given except in the unlikely event of a manufacturing error.

Are there any exceptions to being able to return unwanted goods?

We do not accept returns on any of the following:
•    Goods that have visible signs of having been fitted, abused, damaged or otherwise misused
•    Any custom made stickers can not be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault

How do I Return a Product?

Please email info@boogogo.co.uk. We will make arrangements to exchange or refund the product. All returns should be enclosed in the original packaging carton wrapped securely, and sent back to the following address:
